The selected vendor will provide advertising consulting services aimed at increasing advertising revenue on transit shelters and developing additional streams of advertising revenue. Core responsibilities include aggressively seeking new business accounts, promoting existing accounts, seeking out non-traditional revenue streams, and facilitating the installation and documentation of advertisements placed on buses and in shelters.

Additional areas of opportunity include developing new and creative advertising strategies involving tickets, passes, transfers, transit stations, centers, exchanges, bus stop beautification programs, visitor-oriented services, and bus wraps. The contract period will be for three years. All questions related to this RFP must be submitted no later than May 4, 2026.
