DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide comprehensive advertising and sponsorship management services with a primary focus on revenue generation, operational excellence, and innovative strategies tailored for airport advertising environments. Key responsibilities include the marketing, administration, coordination, production, installation, maintenance, billing, and overall management of all airport advertising opportunities.

The provider will actively market available inventory, secure new advertisers, and maintain robust client relationships through ongoing and effective communication. Additional tasks involve coordinating the production and installation of advertising, scheduling and managing digital content rotation to ensure all placements are current and engaging, and fully utilizing available advertising space. Proponents are expected to propose a commercially viable operating model that incorporates a revenue-sharing arrangement, a clear reporting structure, contract terms, and suggestions for enhancing or expanding the existing advertising program.
