The district is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive advertising and marketing services to support district-wide communications, public information, and community engagement initiatives, operating primarily at the direction of the Superintendent or their designee.

Services will include the preparation of press releases, managing public relations and coordinating with local media to promote district initiatives and respond to inquiries. The selected partner will also support digital and social media needs, including content creation, posting, and management of the district’s social platforms and website updates as required.

Additional responsibilities include strategic messaging development, event promotion for graduation and special programs, and content development for newsletters, flyers, announcements, and multimedia communication tools. The vendor will assist with broadcast and multimedia support such as livestreaming and video content for district events. Planning and placement of advertisements in local or digital media will be provided as needed. The contract period will span three years.
