This RFP seeks vendors to provide comprehensive advertising and marketing services under the guidance of the organization's marketing and communications team. The scope includes the design, printing, publishing, and production of marketing collateral, with placement and communication in multiple languages, primarily English and Spanish, across various platforms.

Vendors are expected to manage advertising across print, radio, television, streaming platforms, social media, and other media to maximize campaign reach. Responsibilities also include developing and producing promotional materials, offering video and photography services including commercial production, supporting special event planning, and collateral creation. Additional tasks involve digital media and social media design to enhance the organization's presence and engagement. The contract will be for a one-year period.
