The Louisiana agency seeks a vendor to provide a fully integrated, production-ready solution encompassing an Advanced Transportation Management System (ATMS), Advanced Traveler Information System (ATIS), and Video Distribution Management System (VDMS. The selected solution should deliver at least the same functionality and integrations as existing legacy systems, with configurable read/write access based on user groups and System Administrators having database privileges.

The ATMS must integrate all field devices, back-office systems, and other software platforms for operator management and control, delivering Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) services. The ATIS will inform the public of roadway conditions, emergencies, and special events. The VDMS will manage and distribute video feeds from field cameras to operators and agencies involved in incident, emergency, and special event management, including State Police and media partners.

The agency desires a future-ready platform that supports the continued growth of Louisiana’s digital transportation infrastructure, accommodates emerging strategies such as Connected and Autonomous Vehicles (CAVs) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), and enhances roadway safety and mobility under normal, incident, and emergency conditions.
