DESCRIPTION


The government is seeking information from vendors capable of providing third-party software for the Advanced Radar Threat System-Variant 3 (ARTS-V3). The program develops highly channelized digital Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems designed to emulate and replicate advanced adversary threat systems.
