A certified Adobe software reseller is sought to provide licensing, value-added services, and ongoing support for post-secondary institutions and municipalities in Saskatchewan. The vendor will support the ShareIT Members by supplying Adobe software licenses and related services tailored to the needs of educational and municipal organizations.

The selected vendor must serve as a single value-added reseller capable of selling and supporting all three Adobe licensing programs relevant to ShareIT membership. This includes being an ETLA higher education Adobe-certified platinum reseller qualified to support ETLA, or a certified gold reseller with documented Adobe confirmation for ETLA. For the VIP Marketplace program, a minimum certification level of gold or higher is required for higher education and government clients.

The contract is expected to span a three-year period, during which the vendor will provide comprehensive support for Adobe software products and services.
