The selected vendor will be responsible for providing Adobe enterprise-grade, manufacturer-supported subscription licenses for various Adobe software products. This includes the ETLA Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Enterprise Term License, ETLA Adobe Creative Cloud Single App Edition 4 with Premium Stock Enterprise Term License, ETLA Adobe Express and Firefly Enterprise Term License, and ETLA Adobe ColdFusion Enterprise Term License.
All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted no later than March 24, 2026. The contract will be awarded for a period of one year.
Best-fit vendors:
• Authorized Adobe reseller with experience in enterprise licensing
• Demonstrated capability to manage manufacturer-supported software subscriptions
• Proven history of servicing clients in Texas or similar public sector entities
• Ability to respond to technical questions and provide customer support
