The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based Adobe Learning Manager System. The desired solution should serve as a single platform for creating, delivering, and managing educational content. It must support all major browsers and be accessible on desktops, laptops, tablets, as well as iOS and Android mobile devices, ensuring flexibility and broad accessibility for all users.
Key requirements include robust tracking and reporting features for educators and administrators, enabling them to monitor learner progress, identify knowledge gaps, and assess performance to ensure compliance with mandatory training. The solution must provide a standardized approach to security assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring, leveraging integration with Microsoft Azure Active Directory for user authentication and authorization.
Additionally, the system should be able to integrate seamlessly with existing internal systems and databases to support program workflows.
