DESCRIPTION


The organization seeks a vendor to provide an admissions and recruiting customer relationship management (CRM) software solution. The CRM should deliver a well-designed, user-centered, and integrated platform to support the full lifecycle management of prospective student relationships.

Required features include a secure and intuitive web-based interface, management of recruiter and territory assignments, and comprehensive communications tools such as list and records management, email, text/SMS, phone lists, and support for emerging communication channels. The platform should enable marketing automation, with email and text/SMS campaign functionality, robust contact tracking, and integrated notes and reminders for individualized follow-up.

Other necessary components are event scheduling and tracking, creation and management of application and inquiry forms, as well as workflows for application processing and approvals. Integrated chatbot services for personalized, real-time responses are required, along with fraud detection and prevention protocols. The platform must also offer automated and custom email communications, web page creation, appointment scheduling, self-service for applicants and events, robust activity tracking, data trends analysis, and advanced impact reporting with customizable, filterable metrics. The intended contract duration is three years.
