A vendor is sought to provide a range of administrative software products and related supplies for a one-year contract period. Required solutions include ArcServe server backup, ArcServe VPN and remote access, backup for virtualized environments, desktop deployment, desktop security, desktop and data management, as well as email and email archiving solutions.
The scope further includes providing utility software, Broadcom backup solutions, Commvault network server backup systems, Corel admin support suites and desktop publishing, Dameware remote access, Solarwinds data management, and Solarwinds IT security. Vendors should be able to supply and support these products and demonstrate relevant expertise in implementation and ongoing management.
