A government authority in Washington, DC is seeking a vendor to provide administrative operations services to support its accounts program. This program aims to enhance the financial capability of low-income individuals and families by facilitating savings and the responsible expenditure of funds for purposes such as education, job training, the purchase or major repairs of a primary residence, business start-up costs, and additional needs as defined by the Opportunity Accounts Act.
