The selected vendor will provide subscription services, annual maintenance, and support for a range of ManageEngine products. This includes the ADAudit Plus Professional Edition (AMS model) with annual maintenance and support for 6 domain controllers and 1 cloud account or Azure AD tenant.
Additionally, the vendor will supply the ManageEngine Endpoint Central Cloud UEM Edition subscriptions for 1,275 computers and 120 servers, as well as licenses for 10 additional users. Also required is the ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus On Demand (annual model) to cover an additional 2,000 IT assets. The contract period for these services will be one year.
