A government authority in Little Rock, Arkansas is seeking a vendor to provide adaptive project management services. This project includes the development of a digital architecture and the implementation of an adaptive project management framework specifically designed to support the transformation, strategy, and communications node.

The vendor will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying the framework, as well as delivering an ongoing service layer that includes embedded project management and facilitation. Additional services will involve acting as a hands-on, fractional project leader, managing phase transitions such as diagnostic and system selection, architecture, roadmap support, migration and activation, managing workflow phases, and enablement.
