Vendor needs to provide adapter kits and diagnostic software with NextStep repair maintenance and support. Diagnostic application for all makes and models of commercial vehicles, plus coverage for heavy–duty equipment. Simplifies the diagnostic process for technicians of any skill level with its user–friendly interface, guided diagnostic features, and troubleshooting steps/diagrams. Must perform all installation, initial setup, and configuration tasks required to deliver a final product that has been piloted, tested and is fully functional for users. Tasks may include, but are not limited to, developing reports, configuring and deploying standard workflows to meet specific business needs and rules. All questions must be submitted no later than February 25, 2026.
