The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive operational and modernization support for its Adaptable Database System (ADABAS)/Natural mainframe environment. The provider will deliver stable, responsive, and secure operational support, while allowing the agency to retain control over system availability, incident management, security posture, and the long-term sustainability of the mainframe ecosystem.
Services include operational monitoring, production control, and incident response to ensure reliable batch and online processing. The vendor will also perform analysis, development, maintenance, and production support for ADABAS/Natural applications. Additionally, database administration and operational support are required to ensure ongoing database availability, optimal performance, and data integrity.
The contract period will span three years. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by April 1, 2026.
