(1) Vendor needs to provide ADA website remediation project services.– Accessibility Audit: Conduct a comprehensive review of the Agency’s website and associated subpages, PDFs, and media.– Remediation Plan and Implementation: Develop and execute a detailed plan for accessibility –remediation.– Testing and Validation: Perform usability and assistive technology testing– Training and Documentation: Provide staff training and written documentation for ongoing compliance.– Ongoing Monitoring and Support: Offer monthly scans, reports, and consultation for continued compliance.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 10, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
