A California agency is seeking a vendor to provide ADA website remediation project services to ensure accessibility compliance. The scope of work includes conducting a comprehensive accessibility audit of the agency’s website, covering all associated subpages, PDFs, and media content.

The selected vendor will develop and implement a detailed remediation plan to address identified accessibility issues. Additional responsibilities include performing usability and assistive technology testing to validate accessibility improvements, as well as providing staff training and thorough documentation to facilitate ongoing compliance.

Ongoing support is required in the form of monthly accessibility scans, detailed reports, and consultation services to maintain continued ADA compliance. The contract term for these services will be one year.
