(1) Vendor needs to provide ADA plans review, inspection and related services to the government authority located in Memphis, TN. – Provide ADA Plan Review and Inspection Services for various agency–owned construction and renovation projects. – The selected contractor shall review design documents for compliance with applicable accessibility standards and perform on–site inspections to verify that constructed elements conform to approved ADA–compliant plans. • Plan Review Services – The agency shall be the sole judge in determining which proposal and resulting agreement are most advantageous to the agency, and its decision shall be final. – Such information may include, audited or certified financial statements, verification of staffing and resources, and records of past performance. • Field Inspection Services: – Conduct on–site ADA inspections during and after construction to ensure adherence to approved plans. – Measure critical dimensions (ramps, door clearances, slopes, parking layouts, etc.) for compliance. • Provide a final ADA compliance summary report or certification for each completed project. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 5, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
