The City of Jacksonville is seeking a qualified individual or firm to provide a solution and/or services to ensure that online documents posted to City websites meet the Website Content Accessibility Guideline (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards to comply with federal rules such as the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title II and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. The scope of services includes accessibility assessment, document compliance, integration/technical compatibility, reporting and tracking, performance requirements, and security requirements. The initial contract term is one year, with three one-year renewal options.
