The State of Texas is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver a comprehensive ADA digital accessibility compliance solution for both public-facing and internal digital properties. This project encompasses a wide array of digital assets, including websites, web and mobile applications, online portals, digital documents and forms, video and multimedia content, and third-party integrations.

Key services include automated and scheduled accessibility scans, dashboards with detailed analytics and trend reporting, and issue tracking with workflow tools to manage triage, assignment, and resolution of accessibility issues. The solution should provide alerts, notifications, and scheduled reports to relevant stakeholders and include access to a SaaS platform or on-premise tools, along with configuration and onboarding services. Standard and custom reporting is required, as well as code-level consulting and implementation support for development teams covering HTML, CSS, JavaScript, templates, design systems, and components.

Additionally, the vendor will support remediation activities such as reviewing and updating existing media libraries, providing captioning, transcripts, audio descriptions, and sign language interpretation services, and advising on accessible media production workflows and standards. Integration tools to support accessible streaming, media players, and media platforms are also expected.
