Vendor needs to provide actRecord land records management system annual software maintenance service.– Services shall include, but are not limited to:– Perform ongoing maintenance of the actRecord™ software application, including resolution of software defects, performance optimization, and application–level security updates.– Provide enhancements and feature updates as mutually agreed upon to improve system functionality, stability, and compliance with evolving statutory requirements– Deliver support and ongoing training for all system functions including document recording, cashiering, redaction, and reporting– Manage and maintain all hosted components within the a cloud environment, including server resources, databases, and storage repositories– Maintain compatibility and continued integration with existing County hardware and systems, including scanners, label printers, cash drawers, check scanners, and receipt printers.– Maintain all API and integration services used for e–recording vendors, payment gateways, and other third–party services used by the Clerk’s Office.– Provide technical support to County staff and end users during standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.).
