An Arkansas county is seeking a qualified vendor to provide annual software maintenance and support for the actRecord land records management system. The selected vendor will be responsible for ongoing maintenance of the actRecord software application, addressing software defects, optimizing performance, and performing application-level security updates.
The scope of services includes implementing enhancements and feature updates to improve system functionality, stability, and compliance with changes in statutory requirements. The vendor will deliver support and training for all system functions, such as document recording, cashiering, redaction, and reporting.
Additionally, the vendor will manage and maintain all hosted components within a cloud environment, including server resources, databases, and storage repositories. Compatibility with existing county hardware systems, such as scanners, printers, cash drawers, and receipt printers, must be maintained. The selected vendor will also ensure continued operation and maintenance of API and integration services for e-recording vendors, payment gateways, and other third-party services used by the Clerk’s Office.
Technical support to county staff and end users is required during standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.).
