A school district in South Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide vinyl wrapping services for seven of its new 40-foot Thomas Saf–T–Liner C2 Type C school buses. The selected vendor will be responsible for developing the vehicle graphic design layout and creating and applying vinyl wraps as specified by the district.
