(1) Vendor needs to provide active learning classroom remodel service to the government authority located in Overland Park, KS.– Interior renovation of existing classrooms in multiple buildings across main campus.– Includes demolition of existing finish flooring, ceiling and interior gypsum on metal stud partition walls.– New work will include laying new carpet flooring, ceiling grid, gyp on metal stud partition walls, casework, electrical and data upgrades and mechanical modifications.– Three alternates will expand scope of work to three additional rooms– Owner will furnish products indicated. The Work includes receiving, unloading, handling, storing, protecting, and installing Owner–furnished product and making building services connections (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 15, 2026: (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on January 8, 2026.
