The City of Northglenn, Colorado, is seeking qualified development teams or end-users to undertake the redevelopment of an approximately 1.34-acre site located at the southwest corner of Irma Drive and East 112th Avenue. Proposals should present a project that utilizes the property in a manner that complements surrounding uses and demographic trends.
The city is interested in high-quality uses that contribute positively to the surrounding neighborhood and enhance the area's retail, office, or commercial character. The preferred project will generate tax revenues, support job creation, and foster a market-based, economically sustainable redevelopment. The redevelopment plan must be consistent with the objectives of the Northglenn Comprehensive Plan and address the development or improvement of a substantial portion, if not all, of the property.
The contract period for the selected party will be for one year.
