(1) Vendor needs to provide acquia and drupal administrator service using CMS.– Development, implementing, configuration, and maintenance of an Acquia/Drupal Content Management System (“CMS”).– Acquia/Drupal solution, including data, display, and information architecture;– Deliver web solutions, including front–end User Interface (UI) and backend services;– Maintain and enhance a responsive website that meets Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessibility guidelines;– Analyze functional requirements and develop technical requirements;– Apply appropriate technology as a solution to the business problem;– Assign development tasks to team members and assist as needed;– Provide CMS coding specifications and standards, and validate code against those standards;– Conduct code reviews and recommend changes;– Conduct on–the–job training in PHP/CMS implementation for staff; – Provide solution evaluation for new features, patches or bug fixes;– Acquia/Drupal Software Administrator for staff augmentation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 4, 2025.
