A government entity in New York is seeking a qualified vendor to provide administrator services for Acquia and Drupal Content Management Systems (CMS). The selected vendor will be responsible for the development, implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of an Acquia/Drupal-based CMS. Responsibilities include designing and managing data, display, and information architecture, as well as delivering web solutions that include both front-end user interface and back-end services.

The vendor must ensure the website remains responsive and fully compliant with ADA accessibility guidelines. Additional tasks include analyzing functional requirements, developing technical requirements, assigning and assisting with development tasks, providing coding specifications and standards, validating code, and conducting code reviews. The role also involves delivering staff training in PHP/CMS implementation, evaluating new software features or patches, and providing software administrator staff augmentation as needed.
