The vendor is required to provide a secure, cloud-based accreditation software solution. This platform must enable users to prepare, manage, and submit compliance and accreditation reports, supporting features such as multi-user collaboration, version control, task assignment, and real-time progress tracking.

The system should offer role-based access controls, single sign-on compatibility, multi-factor authentication, and ensure data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Integration capabilities must include support for standard data exchange formats, such as CSV, XML, and JSON, to facilitate data import and export. The software should allow for branding, customization of workflows, and report templates to support various accreditation processes.

The vendor must provide initial and ongoing training resources, comprehensive user documentation, and dedicated support services. A minimum 99.9% system uptime (excluding scheduled maintenance) is required under the service level agreement. Data ownership and retention must remain with the institution throughout the agreement period, and the contract is set for one year.
