The state of Wyoming is seeking a vendor to implement an accountability and data analytic monitoring dashboard platform that supports the modernization of its educational data infrastructure. The chosen vendor will be responsible for configuring and deploying a centralized, comprehensive dashboard suite combined with artificial intelligence analytics, tailored to regulatory and operational needs at both the state and district levels.

Key features of the platform include in-depth tracking and visualization of proficiency and growth using state and district-level assessments, with results disaggregated by student sub-groups to ensure equity. The dashboard should provide visualization tools for monitoring chronic absenteeism, suspension and expulsion rates, and behavioral incidents, supporting early identification of systemic culture and climate issues. Additionally, the system must present district-level finance data and an interactive state map showing school ratings, with filtering options by region, district size, and other categories. The platform must display key indicators in alignment with the Accountability in Education Act, such as Achievement, Growth, and Equity, as well as the ability to track the trajectory of school ratings over time.

The design must enable artificial intelligence to analyze a wide array of interconnected data points for comprehensive, multi-metric analysis. Daily sync of district-level data across dashboards, support for fine-grained data and trend reporting, compatibility with traditional and standards-based grading, and scalability to accommodate hundreds of simultaneous users are essential requirements of the project. Questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted by February 17, 2026.
