(1) Vendor needs to provide accountability and data analytic monitoring dashboard platform to modernize its educational data infrastructure through the implementation of a centralized, dynamic data analytics dashboard. – Shall configure and deploy a comprehensive dashboard suite and artificial intelligence analytics tool tailored to the specific regulatory and operational needs, – Comprehensive tracking of proficiency and growth across state and district–level formative and summative assessments, disaggregated by sub–groups to ensure equity. – Visualization of chronic absenteeism rates, suspension/expulsion data, and behavioural incident reports to identify systemic culture and climate issues early – District–Level Finance Data – Development of an interactive state map displaying school ratings across all districts, allowing users to filter by region, district size, and rating category – Visualization of key Accountability in Education Act and indicators, including Achievement, Growth, and Equity – Capability to track school rating trajectories over time – Utilize artificial intelligence to connect and analyze an unrestricted number of data points to complete multi–metric data analysis – District–level data that is synced daily and through the various dashboards and AI tools. – Support for data at the lowest level of granularity and trend reporting – Dashboards that can accommodate both traditional and standards–based grading – Dashboards that permit hundreds of simultaneous users hitting the reporting system concurrently.
