The state of Texas is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver accessible instructional materials (AIM) and outreach services for students with print disabilities, such as dyslexia, who receive educational services through local educational agencies (LEAs). The contractor will be responsible for providing a comprehensive library of digital audio and text materials, ensuring these resources are readily available and student-ready in a range of titles. Access to these materials will be provided at no cost to LEAs, campuses, and individual students.
In addition to supplying instructional materials, the selected vendor will conduct outreach and training activities to facilitate effective use of the digital resources. Responsibilities include marketing and distributing AIM to reach students not currently served by existing programs and delivering clear, accessible information about outreach services to Texas LEAs via the contractor’s website or other platforms. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted by December 10, 2025.
