(1) Vendor needs to provide accessible instructional materials outreach service. – Agency is seeking responses from qualified respondents to provide accessible instructional materials (AIM) to students with print disabilities, including students with dyslexia, who receive educational services. – Contractor will provide local educational agencies (LEAs) with a library of digital audio material, as well as outreach and training in the use of the material, in a range of titles. • Accessible Instructional Materials: – Provide AIM that is student–ready and available in digital audio and digital text formats (e.g., by providing access to an online library of audio materials). – Provide access to materials at no cost to LEAs, campuses, and individual students • Educational Outreach: – Provide marketing and distribution to reach students not currently receiving services through the program. – Provide clear messaging to Texas LEAs as to all outreach services available on the awarded contractor’s website, if applicable (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 10, 2025.
