The accessibility solution should feature robust reporting capabilities, including summary reports for all university websites, selected groups, or individual sites. It should allow for historical trend analysis, custom reporting by user role, and the suggestion and prioritization of fixes for identified accessibility issues. Key features include user management with vertical and horizontal access controls, an accessible interface, the ability to control scan schedules, submission of false positive or bug reports, a clear dashboard visualizing accessibility data over time, and support for exporting or sharing reports.

Additional requirements include integration with Single Sign-On (SSO) for streamlined authentication and comprehensive user training accessible without special equipment—such as through online tutorials. Vendors must submit any questions regarding this opportunity by January 2, 2026.
