Ohio seeks a vendor to provide an accessibility tool for public universities, including web accessibility scanning, reporting, and user management features.

(1) Vendor needs to provide accessibility tools.– Seeks to engage in a collaborative Agreement for Accessibility Tools for itself and its member public universities as needed.– The accessibility tools agreement will be designed in such a manner that all Members will be able to purchase accessibility tools from the selected supplier(s) at the most favorable pricing structure and with guaranteed delivery terms.• Ability to crawl all web pages and subdomains within specified University domains (e.g., university.edu), collect and store data about those web pages, and conduct automated accessibility tests on the content of each page.• Ability to filter, sort, and study results in a variety of ways.• Ability to generate summary reports that cover (a) all university websites, (b) selected groups of university websites, and/or (c) individual websites.• Ability to manage users and control their access both vertically (access to features and functionality) and horizontally (access to specific websites or groups of sites).• Ability to track historical trends for specific websites or groups of sites over time, with reports that enable us to document progress.• Ability to generate custom reports that vary by role (e.g., site owners, developers, content authors, admins).• Ability to check against WCAG 2.1 success criteria and higher.• Accessible interface • Suggest and prioritize fixes for accessibility errors.• Ability to control when and how often scanning happens.• Ability to submit false positive/bug reports.• Provides an easy–to–understand dashboard(s) of accessibility over time• Supports exporting and/or sharing of reports outside of platform• Single Sign–On (SSO) integration to simplify user authentication• Provide training in the use of any and all client user interface(s). Said training must require no special equipment or software. At a minimum it may consist of an on–line tutorial.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 2, 2026.
