South Carolina is seeking a comprehensive accessibility compliance tool to identify, categorize, and remediate accessibility issues across all agency digital properties and content. The solution must deliver thorough assessment and diagnostic capabilities that do not introduce significant latency or negatively affect the performance of the website or learning management systems. The tool should be capable of evaluating a wide range of digital assets, including institutional websites managed both internally and externally, and platforms such as the MySCC portal (SharePoint), application and course registration systems, library resources, payment and textbook ordering systems, syllabus repositories (WordPress), and online forms.

The selected tool must provide full alignment with WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 standards, including support for conformance levels A, AA, and AAA as applicable. It should also address the latest success criteria, such as focus visibility, mobile accessibility, consistent help, redundant entry, and appropriate target size. The solution must offer accurate scanning and evaluation of content, applications, and other digital assets to ensure compliance, with the flexibility to adapt to future accessibility requirements. The contract associated with this project will cover a one-year period.
