(1) Vendor needs to provide accessibility application services for exceptional education students. 1. Provide a web–based application that will allow students to access all the following accessibility features: a. Text–to–speech to include: 1. Websites 2. PDFs 3. Microsoft Word 4. Google Applications b. Speech–to–text in multiple applications, to include: 1. Google docs 2. Google Slides 3. Microsoft Word c. Word prediction. d. Ability to record audio responses on documents. 2. Provide Accessibility Applications that allows for conversion. 3. Provide Accessibility Applications that works with the LMS system of Schoology. 4. Provide an extension that will allow the Accessibility Application to work within various testing environments. (2) All question must be submitted no later than January 2, 2026.
