Ontario is seeking experienced vendors to provide listing and marketing services for residential properties under its Access to Land program. The selected vendor will be responsible for marketing available properties to attract and manage interest from prospective buyers.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies for each property, engaging with potential clients and real estate agents, coordinating and hosting property showings, and managing public inquiries. Additional duties encompass installing professional signage, and handling all aspects of pre-sale preparation, such as conducting appraisals and property valuations.

The contract for these services will be awarded for a period of three years. Interested vendors should demonstrate expertise in residential real estate marketing and property sales management.
