(1) Vendor needs to provide access–on–demand solution. • Provide on demand alternative transportation solutions for paratransit customers. • Access–on–Demand is an optional subsidized curb–to–curb service using taxi and ride–share providers. • Provide on–demand transportation services to provide Access–on–Demand transportation solutions for customers while maintaining innovative mobility solutions and services. • Operate or develop a fully accessible customer booking portal that allows customers to plan and book trips via: Mobile phone app for both Android and Apple platforms, Online or web–based, Via a provider–based call center • Enrolled Access–on–Demand customers can book trips by calling the Provider’s call center. • Proposers who cannot allow the call center or concierge booking must clarify the lack of this option. • Customers may alternatively book trips by using a provider–supplied booking app. • Ability to receive payment from customers for an up–front fare • Ability of the customer to provide a tip to the driver without that amount coming • Ability to limit customers to a one–way trip for each booking • Ability to limit trips based on customer or account eligibility.
