(1) Vendor needs to provide access control and intrusion protection systems. – Confirm number and type of access points (doors, gates, elevators, etc.). – Identify existing security components for reuse or integration. – Evaluate infrastructure for network, power, and conduit needs. – Develop independent or combined Access Control and Intrusion Protection System design based on site conditions. – Support centralized administration across multiple sites with unified dashboards. – Integrate Microsoft Active Directory (AD) for user authentication and Role–Based Access Control (RBAC). – Design for Single Sign–On (SSO), MFA, and password policies consistent with IT standards. – Door controllers, card readers, electric locks, and associated cabling. – Install and configure Security Center software. – Provide City IT with full administrator–level access and documentation. – Configure integration with existing security systems (CCTV, alarms, etc.). – Document system configuration, network topology, and troubleshooting procedures. – Ensure 24/7/365 support availability with a maximum 4–hour response time and 12–hour resolution commitment. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 5, 2025. (3) A non–mandatory pre–proposal conference will be held on October 30, 2025.
