(1) Vendor needs to provide Accela software implementation service. – Implement Accela, a software system that has the flexibility and capability to meet all current and future business function needs. – Implementation Plan: • Expected Start and Completion Dates • Key Milestones • Responsibilities • Critical Paths • Dependencies and Predecessors – Tasks to include: • Implementation Activities • Deadlines • Milestones within tasks • Any additional resource requirements – System Configuration, Migration and Integration • Data mapping for source and destination at table and field level documents • Converted data including any business logic for conversion • Data Conversion/Migration tools, methodology, experience with conversion, recommendation for data to be converted • Migration of documents, specification of document types • List of data that is not being converted from source system • Report on Implementation and Development (as required) (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 13, 2026.
