(1) Vendor needs to provide Accela SaaS professional services. – Provide qualified and experienced personnel with expertise in Accela to provide professional services related the agency’s Accela Civic Platform SaaS solution. – The Supplier will be engaged by the agency on an as and when required basis for services which are expected to include second–level application support; deployment of new features and modules, including modifications, customizations, and enhancements; workflow optimization; new configurations; system integrations; reporting and data analytics; and upgrades in accordance with Accela best practices. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 21, 2026.
