The selected vendor will provide integrated marketing services that combine academic thought leadership, media relations, content development, digital lead nurturing, CRM integration, and enrollment communications support. Services will be delivered across two primary areas: academic thought leadership and media relations, and enrollment lead nurturing and communications. Responsibilities include developing and executing an annual academic thought leadership strategy, producing quarterly communications plans with targeted pitch angles, and managing outreach to national, regional, and industry-specific media outlets. The vendor will also create amplification assets for use across marketing channels.

Additionally, the provider must supply two dedicated enrollment communications advisors tasked with proactive outreach to 400–600 inquiries per month using email, phone, and SMS. This includes implementing lead segmentation and prioritization to support conversion from inquiry to application. The vendor will develop re-engagement campaigns targeted at stop-outs and dormant leads, and produce nurture workflows, CRM templates, and message sequences for effective enrollment management. Key areas of expertise required include academic thought leadership, enrollment lead nurturing, technology and CRM integration, and project management. The contract period will span three years, and all questions must be submitted by March 10, 2026.
