DESCRIPTION

The University seeks an academic scheduling software solution to streamline master course scheduling through an easy-to-use interface, approval workflows, customizable policy and rule enforcement, and configurable forms. The solution must integrate with Ellucian Banner student information system, Ellucian Degree Works degree audit software, and CollegeNet 25Live room scheduling software. It is also expected to complement existing CourseLeaf products, including Curriculum Management, Catalog Publication, and Advising and Registration.

The software should support academic unit schedule development by enabling scheduling coordinators to enter section-specific master scheduling information. It should provide collaborative planning and optimization tools for coordinators, department chairs, and college leadership, including visualization of course demand, time and classroom utilization, policy adherence, and coordination among academic units.

The solution must support bidirectional integration with Ellucian Banner, use Ellucian Degree Works data to inform course demand and academic planning, and allow users to view classroom availability and assign available rooms through CollegeNet 25Live. Additional requirements include configurable approval workflows that University Registrar staff can modify, as well as management of section-specific, date-driven registration restrictions that automatically update in Banner according to specified start and end dates.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for August 26, 2026. Questions must be submitted by August 26, 2026, and proposals are due September 16, 2026.
