The organization seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive academic management platform designed to support student learning, licensure tracking, fieldwork management, assessment administration, and accreditation reporting. Solutions should deliver improved tracking, streamlined workflows, enhanced planning, and stronger readiness for accreditation processes.

The platform must include configured systems with the ability to integrate with Student Information Systems (SIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), Human Resources systems, and Azure Active Directory. Requirements include support for standards-aligned assessments and reporting, program requirement and licensure progress tracking, dispositions and edTPA support, ePortfolios, and juried assessments. Cloud hosting with guaranteed uptime, audit logs, data encryption, and mobile access are essential. Vendors will be expected to provide integrations, training, documentation, and ongoing support. The initial contract is for three years.
