(1) Vendor needs to provide academic and clinical education technology ecosystem. • Assessing ecosystem alignment, technical maturity, implementation approach, and the ability to deliver scalable, secure, and interoperable solutions that support the full learner lifecycle. • Tools that help plan schedules, deliver learning, assess performance, track participation, support advising, and report on outcomes and accreditation • Capture, manage, and deliver instructional media, including lecture capture, live streaming, searchable captions and transcripts, learning analytics, and seamless integration with the learning management system • Provide a robust learning management system, with flexible content authoring, assessments, and gradebooks at scale, collaboration tools, mobile access, and standards–based integrations • Map and analyze curriculum, linking learning objectives to competencies, EPAs, and milestones, supporting versioning across academic years, and generating reports for accreditation and continuous improvement • Track attendance across didactic and clinical settings, using multiple methods (e.g., QR codes, kiosks, or geofencing), applying policy rules, and producing accreditation–ready reports that feed advising and early alert systems.
