(1) Vendor needs to provide absence reporting and replacement dispatch system. – Staff absence reporting and automated replacement dispatch software and implementation services. – The implementation of a fully functioning Saas platform that allows our employees to report their absence through any interface. – It is expected that proposed solution will offer a web–based interface with intuitive navigation on any mobile or user device. – Import absence and replacement date from external time sheet software. – Interfaces with ERP system, SDS software. – Employees entering and updating facility. – Customizable configurations and operating parameters. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 17, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
