The U.S. government is seeking information regarding cloud-based command and control software solutions to support the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) and Battlespace Command and Control Center (BC3) initiatives for air defense operations. The focus is on a multi-user interface solution capable of meeting immediate operational needs, enabling rapid integration, and scaling to support the broader ABMS enterprise. The solution must operate effectively in both cloud and edge environments and support multiple levels of data classification and releasability.
Initially, this capability will support Homeland Air Defense Sectors, Tactical Operations Center–Light (TOC-L) enabled Control Reporting Centers, and Air Base Air Defense Systems. Currently, BC3 software is leveraged as the near-term Battle Management Command and Control (BMC2) user interface solution. BC3 comprises commercial components such as the Multi-Source Correlator Tracker (MSCT), MSCT Display, and various BC3 extensions. These extensions provide enhanced data fusion algorithms, specialized mission symbology, and interfaces for legacy data links. Vendors are invited to share solutions that address these requirements and are suitable for rapid deployment in complex defense environments.
