The United States Air Force is conducting a market survey to identify qualified sources for the qualification and production of A26-006 Handheld Scanners and associated software. This effort seeks vendors with the necessary expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet USAF operational requirements for handheld scanning devices and supporting applications.

Interested organizations are invited to demonstrate their ability to fulfill these requirements by submitting supporting documentation of relevant qualifications. Both small and large businesses are encouraged to participate, and joint ventures or teaming arrangements are welcome. Areas suitable for exclusive small business participation should be identified. The level of security clearance and permitted foreign participation for this project has not yet been determined.
