Indiana seeks a vendor to provide web-based CRM software for 988 crisis contact centers, supporting call, chat, and text tracking and integration with crisis services.
(1) Vendor needs to provide 988 contact center CRM software. • Crisis software system capable of tracking, managing, and analyzing 988 calls, chats, and texts, and to connect individuals with necessary crisis services like mobile crisis Teams (MCT) and crisis receiving and stabilization services (CRSS) • Transition from the current CRM software and establish a new System with provided state CRM software capable of tracking, managing, and analyzing all 988 calls, chats, and texts, as well as making referrals to other crisis services. • The System must meet all requirements of the Federal government for 988 Crisis Call Center Data Platforms • The System must allow users to be assigned to one or more 988 Contact Centers within the system (with the same roles/permissions across all 988 Contact Centers) • The System must allow users to view all contact and follow–up records within the system, regardless of which 988 Contact Center created it • The System must be web–based using modern architecture standards capable of handling a large number of users • The System must have auto–save functionality when editing records.
