(1) Vendor needs to provide 911 computer aided dispatch (CAD) application services.– Provide computer aided dispatch (CAD) 911 application service application to include maintenance and support for the operational complexities– System is required to be highly user–configurable within the system and the majority of configuration must be able to be performed by County staff/IT and such configurations shall not be dependent on the supplier– Training will be conducted in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Environment that will be available throughout the life of the contract– Multi–factor authentication (MFA) must be supported– Must be hosted on Azure (preferred), AWS, or other FedRAMP–certified platforms– Must be compatible with VMware–based virtualization– Must be accessible via modern web browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari)(2) A pre–proposal meeting will be held on January 27, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 23, 2026.
