The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 22 Network Contracting Office, is conducting a Request for Information (RFI) to identify qualified vendors capable of providing software image management solutions for cardiac imaging applications. This RFI is issued for information and planning purposes, specifically to gain understanding of potential sources and their capabilities in supplying the required software products and associated services.

The scope includes multiple floating license software products for the Cedars–Sinai Medical Center Cardiac Suite of applications, designed for automated display, review, and quantification of Nuclear Medicine Cardiology images from Cardiac PET/CT studies. The suite incorporates applications such as QPET for myocardial perfusion PET analysis, QGS+QPS, Companion, PlusPack ONE, FusionCT, Remote Desktop access, CSImport, Classic ARG Local, CFR, MFSC, clinical use enablement, and Suite2017 license initiation. These tools support tasks like segmentation, quantification, kinetic motion correction, calcium scoring, coronary tree fusion, session management, and screen captures in various clinical settings.

Interested parties are required to demonstrate the ability to meet the specified product requirements and should provide relevant company information, including size classification, to assist the Department in making acquisition decisions. Responses received may inform future solicitation actions.
