DESCRIPTION

The State of Illinois, through Central Management Services, requires janitorial services for the facility at 113 Newell Street, Woodstock, IL 60098. Services must be performed five days a week after normal business hours and include cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, mopping, waste removal, and other facility maintenance tasks. The contract term begins January 1st, 2027, or upon execution, and runs through August 31st, 2030. The vendor must furnish all labor, materials, and equipment.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must have an active registration in the Illinois Procurement Gateway (IPG) at the time of bid opening
Must be registered as a Small Business in the IPG at the time of bid opening
Must attend the mandatory pre-submission walk-through
Must pay employees at least the prevailing wage rates required by law
Must provide proof of insurance including General Commercial Liability, Auto Liability, and Worker’s Compensation
Must use environmentally preferable cleaning products certified by Green Seal, Environmental Choice Ecologo, or the US EPA DFE Formulator Program
