DESCRIPTION

The Illinois Department of Central Management Services requires janitorial services for the facility located at 606-608 W. St. Louis Ave., East Alton, Illinois. The scope of work includes daily cleaning of restrooms, offices, and common areas, as well as periodic tasks such as floor maintenance, window washing, and carpet shampooing. The contract term is from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2031.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must be a Small Business Set-Aside Vendor actively registered in the Illinois Procurement Gateway (IPG) at the time of bid opening
Mandatory attendance at the scheduled inspection and walk-through presentation on November 4th, 2026
Must provide all janitorial supplies and equipment
Cleaning solutions must be environmentally preferable products certified by Green Seal, Environmental Choice Ecologo, or US EPA DFE
Must pay employees at least the prevailing wage rates required by law
Must maintain General Commercial Liability insurance of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 annual aggregate
Must maintain Auto Liability insurance of $1,000,000 per occurrence
