The city is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive production services for its 4th festival event. The selected provider will be responsible for setting up a 40’ x 40’ SL320 mobile stage, stage risers measuring 16’ x 4’ at 6” tall, and four camera platforms at 4’ x 8’ and 5’ tall. Stage accessories, such as skirting, are required along with lighting systems, control and dimming infrastructure, proper power distribution for environmental lighting, and an LED video system.

The scope includes media and content support, with the expectation that the vendor will capture photographs throughout the event, upload candid images to LED screens in real-time, and deliver a complete final image package to special events staff after the festival. All expenses for on-site technicians are to be included in the overall cost proposal. The contract will span one year, with a deadline for submission of questions set for March 25, 2026.
