The selected vendor will be responsible for providing 340B third party administrator services for a period of three years. These services will include comprehensive program oversight and management aligned with the customer's specified business rules. Responsibilities encompass the collection and transmission of documents and data following preferred procedures, filtering prescriptions as per the business rules, and delivering weekly and monthly reports to the customer.

Additional duties include inventory reconciliation and replenishment processes, as well as providing audit support. A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for March 18, 2026, to further clarify requirements and expectations for prospective bidders.
